Add the endpoint, approve in the browser, and your agent can publish — no token to copy and paste. Personal access tokens stay available for CI, scripts, and clients that cannot open a browser.
Connect the MCP server ->Paste the address of an existing website and Nanopage will bring over its pages, copy, and images as source material for a fresh build. The result keeps the useful content while giving the site a modern, responsive design.

Nanopage now speaks MCP. Mint a personal access token on the new /mcp page, paste the config into Claude Code, Claude Desktop, Cursor, or Codex, and your agent can create sites and publish new versions without leaving the editor.
Set up MCP -> Full URLs, addresses with a path, ports, curly quotes, and international domains all normalize to the right hostname now. www and the bare domain are also paired in both directions, so attaching one offers the other in a single click, and bad input explains itself under the field instead of failing after a round trip.
Domain guide ->Adding or replacing an image used to be silent. The assets panel now shows a live percentage through upload and save, highlights the tile that changed, and tells you up front when a file type is not supported.
The "describe your website" box and the refinement chat both have a help link that opens examples of what to write, including how to attach an image and say where it goes. Any example can be dropped straight into the field with one click.
Once a custom domain is live, the original slug.nanopage.site address redirects to it instead of serving a second copy of the same page. One canonical URL, no split search rankings.
Photos are converted to WebP as they are uploaded, so generated pages ship web-ready images without anyone resizing anything first. Sites load faster and use less of your storage allowance.
Site settings now has an export button that packages the live version — HTML, CSS, JS, and assets — into a zip. Drafts you have not published yet are left out, so what you download is exactly what visitors see.
